Lowell Shapley is an up and coming artist originally from Houston, TX and currently resides in Oklahoma with his family. Lowell has been doing murals and custom artwork for more than 15 years.He received a BA in Art from Fort Lewis College where he found the Colorado landscape to be a huge inspiration.
When it comes to creating art specifically for a client, he puts all the time needed to give you what you want. What you want is what you will get and your imagination is the limitation.
